Il "B&B a casa di zia Serafina" is located in the Esquilino area, in the center of Rome and has the double benefit of having at walking distance or with local transports (few stops with underground Line A) many spots of great beauty and interest such us Piazza di Spagna, Trevi Fountain, Saint Peter's Basilica, The Sixtine Chapel, Vatican Museums, Saint John's in Lateran.

Termini Railway station-Piazza dei Cinquecento, is the starting point of buses and shuttles that allow to reach quickly all areas of the city.

At 50 metres from the B&B there is "Ferrovie laziali" with trains taking You to Castelli Romani (Roman Castles) for a nice excursion.

In front of "Ferrovie laziali" there's "Giolitti Parking" lot, that allows You to leave your car safely for hours or days.

Within the area there's a wide choice of national and international Restaurants, pizza houses, bars, supermarkets (open all day long until 9.00 p.m. - sundays included) , laundries, Internet cafes, phone points.

Next to the entrance of the B&B building there's a bar-tobacconist shop in which you can buy public transports passes,season tickets and parking-cards, that will allow You to leave Your car in the area paying a fee of 1,00€ /hour on bank days from 8.00 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
